The Spirit Collection is a vibrant gemstone jewelry collection where colorful crystals pertaining to "The Seven Chakra" energy system are highlighted. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet are the colors (ROYGBIV- the natural rainbow). Each color corresponds to one of the seven Chakras.
Seven Chakras and Crystal Energy Healing

There are seven "Primary" Chakras along the spine which ancient Vedic teachings explain to be the main energy centers of the body. These are "The Seven Chakras" which most have hear about or are familiar with. Each chakra corresponds with regions and parts of the body- physiologies even- as well as with different psychological and spiritual functions and patterns. Blockages in the chakra system at any point may result in the development of pathology in body parts and processes, or in cognitions and psycho-spiritual capability. It is taught that when the Chakras are free from blockages, energy can flow freely and there is balance and harmony among the the physical body, the mind, and the spirit.

Crystals are fantastical natural occurrences which are composed of molecules of either one or multiple elements. In nature, environmental factors and processes lead to formation of the complex (beautiful) molecular structures that we know as crystals. Like the elements, crystals hold unique properties and characteristics based on structure and composition- and they vibrate on certain frequencies. Each type and kind of crystal holds its own unique meaning and powers. Crystals of all sorts are believed to aid us in balancing our energies, keeping the chakras clear, guiding us, empowering us, and impacting many aspects as we navigate our lives. |

While I often create my pieces with special attention given to the crystals and materials I am using- the way they might balance and harmonize or compliment each other- this collection is very special because most pieces include crystals pertaining to all seven of the "Primary" Chakras. I wanted to create several pieces that hold the power of the complete seven Chakra system to support and harmonize each wearer's own system as they keep their piece(s) close to their body.
There is some variation in the stones which can be used to represent and match with each chakra, but the matching stones to each Chakra which I've highlighted in my pieces include: Red Jasper, Yellow Aventurine (Or: Yellow Jade, Yellow Lemon Quartz), Tiger eye, Green Aventurine (Or: Rose Quartz), Sodalite (Or: Turquoise Howlite), Lapis Lazuli, and Amethyst.
