Commissions and Projects:
I work with clients to design and produce unique pieces for a specific person or purpose; and to create sets -or entire collections- meant for an event. If you are requesting a design please be as descriptive as possible and provide windows of availability for further correspondence.

Order and Product Inquiries:
Please include the item name of the piece(s) in your message. If you have a question about your recent order, please include details including the item names and order number.

Problems with a received product:
In the case that any item arrives in a damaged or dissatisfactory condition, or if an item breaks, please reach out immediately. I will repair or replace the item(s) in a timely manner with no additional charges or shipping costs to you.

Refunds
Refunds and returns are generally not accepted, except in the case of product deformity or damage that is not the customer's fault. If you feel that you absolutely require a refund, please reach out to me with details for case-by-case consideration.

Repairs
For items altered or damaged by the customer, please reach out to me for repairs.
